I relocated to Encinitas two years ago bringing my 2014 Porsche which I took to Hoehn Porsche for routine service. Susan Turner, Service Coordinator, is the absolute BEST! Pleasant; concise; thorough. When the car developed a small noise, Susan spoke to the Service Manager who immediately diagnosed the source and ordered repair. I need a salesman once every few years. I need a service shop for routine service 2-3 times a year, so I buy where based on the quality of service. Hoehn has the BEST service I've ever experienced!!

Took my car in because my coolant level had gotten extremely low. I was expecting to hear news that it would be a big repair bill. Service advisor, Jeff, had the technicians look things over and ultimately it was a small issue that Hoehn Porsche covered. The technician even took time out to speak with me about another random question that I had about the performance of my car. Would be happy to recommend Hoehn Porsche service department to any Porsche owner. You'll get honest answers.

All my experiences with Hoen Porsche have been extremely positive. The sales department was very friendly, helpful, and expeditious when I bought my Cayenne....and no pressure! The service I have had done so far could not have been better. All the service advisors I've worked with have been exceedingly knowledgeable. The work done on my car could not have gone better.

I have had a porsche since the early seventies. When it was time to replace my last one, I went to Momentum Porsche, my Houston dealership in Houston to find a new car. Being very familiar with the brand, I knew exactly what I wanted, which is to say, I knew how to get the most car for my money. Unfortunately that apperantely made me an undesirable customer as they prefer to sell to much less informed customers, for whom the only reason they are buying a Porsche is because of the brand recognition, and for whom BMW has now lost its cache. For me it was quite the opposite. The brand in my opinion, because of the new customer, has lost its cache but the understated quality remains unparalleled, and that is the only reason I was going to stay with the brand. Itherefore proceeded to make a national search, and found the perfect car at Hoehn Porsche. Roger Wood was extremely helpful in organizing and making the entire process of purchasing and shipping the car to me within a week. I would highly recommend This dealership and Roger in particular. We began our search for a new SUV at Porsche San Diego. After dealing with a rude and arrogant salesman we had all but written off the brand. However, after testing Audi, Jaguar and Mercedes, none compared in quality, performance and esthetics to the Macan GTS. Our next visit to a Porsche dealership was Hoehn Porsche, Carlsbad. We were delighted by the no-pressure, courteous, informed assistance of every Hoehn representative and our sales team (Kyle, Roger and Matt). This was unequivocally the best sales experience we’ve encountered and will plan to drive the extra distance for our scheduled service appointments.

Porsche service can be variable in San Diego, and at Hoehn Porsche, Sal has always given me great service. He listens when I tell him something isn't going well, he takes his time to explain possible fixes, arranges loaners without any kerfluffle. And many car dealer service guys don't take women seriously, and he does. I loved purchasing my Porsche there and the after sale service and advice has been consistently courteous, prompt, and the fixes get done. Service is the best!

My expectations have never been disappointed. I have been dealing with Hoehn Porsche for 10 years and look forward each time for a service or sales purpose. Their customer service is excellent and I can always expect a positive experience. The workmanship has always been of the highest quality. I have my favorites at the dealership but all personnel are excellent and always ready to help. Haven't had an unpleasant experience in any regard at Hoehn Porsche. If I did, I am confident they would have managed to reverse it immediately. I expect perfection and they treat me and my car with the same respect.

Words cannot explain both the vehicle and buying process. Staff went out of their way to accommodate during a long ordering process. If the wife allows, I will definitely live to purchase another vehicle from Hoehn Porsche in the future!
